All Adult Classes will continue in January. Please check the schedule below. 

The next 6 week session begins January 5th. You must register in advance and pay for the classes at the first class meeting. Register by filling out the form below and send. Thank You and hope to see you soon.

For the Grown Up:

Adult Hip Hop(Ages 18+)

For the person that just wants to have fun while getting in shape, this class is perfect. Every week you will come back to familiar dance routines that will make you sweat away the calories. The last 25 minutes of class a different routine will be taught every 6 weeks. Music will vary anywhere from Janet Jackson to Missy Elliot but feel free to bring in any music you would like. This class will build and strengthen lean muscle, increase flexibility, and shed calories. Each class will start with an intense stretching warm up that incorporates some pilates. At the end of the class we will work towards developing a "six pack" with a 10 minute abdominal work out. But, in between it's just dance, dance, dance.......So take some "me" time and sign up.

Class Length: 1 Hour

Pilates: (Ages 18+)


Pilates is great for the person that wants to get in great shape and feel some inner peace while doing so. This exercise is very "dancer orientated" and works the core of the body to the max. In this class we will incorporate a body ball, blocks, resistance bands, but mostly use our own weight distribution to get a great and unique workout.

Class Length: 1 Hour

Strip Fit (Ages 18+)

Strip Fit is a new class that I have been developing. It is a combination of belly dancing, pilates, and sexy dance moves. This class is enjoyable and leaves you feeling sexy and strong. It is slower paced then hip hop but works the body to the max. You will love this fun and empowering class.

Class Length: 1 Hour


Power Barre: (18+)

 This class uses isolations to build lean strong muscles throughout the body. We use a ballet barre , a body ball,  free weights, and resistance bands to help balance and use our own body weight to build muscles you may have forgot about. You will leave this class knowing and feeling like you got an unbelievable workout. It improves posture , builds lean muscle, and burns calories all at once. If you always wanted a ballerina body give it try.

Class Length: 45 minutes - 1 Hour


Kick Boxing: (Ages 18+)

If you like taking out some aggression while working out kick boxing is the perfect remedy. Each class is one hour. It incorporates kick boxing drills, tai boe,combos across the floor, and partner sparring.You will hit the bag, run sprints, do crunches, and leave the studio feeling like a million bucks.


Class Length: 1 Hour


Ballroom: (Students under 18 are welcome with adult supervision)

Christine McCarthy will teach couples the basics in both slow and fast Ballroom dancing. With classic styles like the Foxtrot, Waltz, and Samba he will take you from easy basics to strong intermediate fundamentals to levels like "Dancing with the Stars." Book a private lesson for your wedding or just to bond and have a great time. Classes are available for individuals as well.

Class Length: 1 Hour


Boot Camp:

We will whip you into shape as fast as you can say "Biggest Loser." Bootcamp is a military style workout that combines cardio and strength training. We use resistance bands, free weights, body balls, and our own body weight to build lean muscle. To lose those extra pounds we combine sprints, jumping jacks, squats, jump rope, boxing and more to shed the calories. If you are a little bit competitive or if you like to be cheered on by your team mates you will love this class.
